• Over the last five years, payment using PayPal has become our standard route as most people prefer the credit card payment and receiving the software or manual as an e-mail attachment. This is fast (less than 24 hours) and carries no fees for shipping and or bank charges. We do not get any access to your banking information.
• Ordering is simple. Just send an e-mail to software@silbert.org detailing what you want to order and we will respond with a PayPal invoice. We have frequently sent orders out in less than 24 hours.
• We have kept the manuals as PDFs and stopped sending printed copies due to the cost our clients incur. International bank transfers and shipping fees can be way more than the item cost. The PDFs are fully indexed and searchable.

• If you are a company planning to use the manuals for in-house traing sessions, contact us for multi-user pricing and colour slides to accompany your training.
